That the Manager would agree to write to the Garda Commissioner and to the Chairman of the CIE Group, requesting details of what new regulations, including stringent enforcement measures, are to be introduced and within what time-scale, to resolve the increased anti-social behaviour issues on public transport, most especially on our buses at night time.

That this Committee recommends that the Council puts in the missing piece of the Lucan/ N4 QBR at the Woodies Junction where the Old Lucan Road exits onto the N4, to improve the flow of buses at this point, and that if necessary the Council acquire any necessary small piece of land to carry out the works.

"Following agreement at the March 2007 Organisation, Procedures and Finance meeting that this Committee now calls upon the Manager to write to Dublin City Council to immediately initiate arrangements to convene a joint meeting of the Area Committees of Terenure / Rathfarnham and Dublin South Central to address an agenda of items specifically including traffic arrangements in the Templeogue / Terenure and Crumlin / Walkinstown areas."
