"That the Council erect a statutory No U-Turn sign at the entrance of Templeville Park and that associated signs prohibiting this U-turn be erected on the approach roads."
To ask the Manager, following correspondence received from the Development Department confirming, that an inspection of Castle Tymon Shopping Centre Car Park would take place, would the Development Department outline the result of that inspection and what action it proposes to take on the issue?
To ask the Manager to confirm who is the legal owner of the piece of land between the fenced grounds of Tallaght Community School and St. Joseph's School (opposite St. Aengus Community Centre)?

That the Manager would present a detailed report for discussion on the Two All-Weather Facilities for Griffeen Regional Park, Lucan, including an up-date on progress made since I first introduced this project in South Dublin at this Committee Meeting in September 2007. Would the Manager set out the procedure and time-scale for the installation of the All-Weather Facilities, including the on-going consultation with the five local soccer clubs in Lucan?
To ask the Manager to report on the approach taken by the Planning Dept to applications which seek to sub-divide or convert single occupancy dwellings into apartments ie facilitating multiple occupancy?
To ask the Manager if he would consider the establishment of a yellow box at the entrance to Verschoyle Estate on Citywest Road, as a means of helping residents who live in Verschoyle to access this busy road, particularly at peak times, and if he will make a statement on the matter.
That this Committee recommends that South Dublin County Council undertakes a radiation check on all its houses in St. Ronan's Gardens, Clondalkin which back on to the high voltage ESB overhead wires and Ronanstown Garda Station.

To ask the Manager to state what the Council's policy is regarding the introduction of clamping in the county as it has been very effective in the City as a way of sorting out illegal parking problems. These problems have now spread to the County, particularly at local shopping areas and other local car parks where motorists are using them for park and ride and causing great inconvenience to local residents who are unable to go about their daily lives?
