Report on Draft Traveller Accommodation Programme 2009-2013

REPLY:

In accordance with the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Governments Circular Letter TAU 8/2008, notificiation of South Dublin County Council's intention to prepare a Draft Traveller Accommdation Programme for the period 2009-2013 was published on the 22nd July 2008, inviting submissions. 

Notification that a Draft Traveller Accommodation Programme 2009-2013 is now available at the Council Offices, Council Libraries and on the Council website was published on the 22nd October 2008.  Latest date for receipt of submisssions/observations in respect of the Draft Programme is the 22nd December 2008.

The 2009-2013 Traveller Accommodation Programme is required to be adopted by the Council by the 30th April 2009.

The Draft Programme allows for the roll over of those developments not completed/ commenced in the 2005-2008 Programme, it is also allows for some infill development.
