That this Committee calls on the Community Department to contact NABCO in relation to the so called 'Community Facility' on Donomore Park which has lay vacant for almost a decade despite ongoing efforts by Community Groups to view the facility to enable them to utilise the building. That this contact be used as a last effort to encourage NABCO to allow local groups access to the building which has never happened despite the buildings original purpose and status.
That this Committee calls on the Manager to report on the status of the vacant property *address supplied* which has been vacant for at least two years. To also report on the condition of the Apartment as it seems as a result of it being vacant for so long it is having a negative impact on the adjoining property *address supplied* which has ongoing serious problems with dampness and associated problems such as mould spores, which has left the apartment almost uninhabitable.
