To ask the Manager for the number of households removed from the housing list in 2011 from the Clondalkin ward on the grounds that they were in RAS accommodation and the reason for these removals?
To ask the Manager to provide the terms of licence agreement (or lease agreement) between South Dublin County Council and Community Workspace Limited for the use of the Áras Rualach premises on the Neilstown Road, Clondalkin?
To ask the Manager to provide an explanation as to why the following trees were not included in the Arboricultural Works Programme for 2012 and to see if their inclusion could be reconsidered.

Matters Arising
To ask the Manager to clarify if there are any data protection issues with customers' private personal information within the Clondalkin, Saggart, Newcastle, Rathcoole and Brittas areas being transferred to Greyhound Recycling as there is now a probe into the transfer of information from Dublin City Council to Greyhound Recycling?

To ask the Manager following the removal of the bottle bank from Bawnogue shops due to anti-social behaviour to provide a report on ongoing efforts to secure a new and safe location for the bottle banks and to ask the Manager to consider approaching the Bawnogue Enterprise and Community Centre if they would be willing to have the bottle bank located within their gated premises beside the existing clothes bank?

To ask the Manager to provide a report on the total number of maintenance requests submitted to the Council by tenants in Méile an Rí, Tor an Rí and Búirg an Rí in 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011?
To ask the Manager, further to several members representations on the issue in 2011, to provide an update on the cleaning, maintenance and future of the laneway from the Boot Road to the Common's Road including dates on which the laneway was last cleaned of illegal dumping; dates on which the overgrown shrubs and trees were cleared; and whether the Council has any plans to consult with local residents on the future of the laneway?
