QUESTION: Councillor T. Gilligan

To ask the Manager to congratulate the IVOSTA group based in Clondalkin Village who undertook a cleanup of Clondalkin Village on Saturday 11th February 2012?

REPLY:

IVOSTA have applied to carry out as number of clean-ups under the Social Credits System in the Clondalkin area.  Since the formation of the Clondalkin Tidy Towns Group, they have played an active part in the clean ups which are now taking place three times a week - Tuesday, Thursday and Saturdays. The group have been supported by the Council through the provision of litter pickers, bags and the collection of material. Congratulations will be conveyed to the group for the clean-up undertaken on Saturday 11th February 2012
