To ask the Manager to assist in the provision of a name stone at the entrance to Castle Close, Clondalkin?
REPLY:
Provision is made within the Council's Community Grants Scheme to assist residents with environmental improvements in their area. Section 4.2 provides grant aid up to a maximun of €700 towards the cost of purchase of name stones. Works must be agreed in advance with Parks/Road Department. A Community Worker will make contact with the group and provide assistance to this group upon receipt of an application in Community Services Department.
