To ask the Manager, further to the discussions on my motion at the March meeting, if the planning authority will agree to issue a warning letter to the owner/developer of the Hermitage Clinic regarding the provision of public access to lands along the River Liffey, handed over to South Dublin County Council as part of the Clinic development, in line with the requirements of the Council and the conditions of the Bord Pleanála decision PL 06S.128044, noting that it is currently not possible to access this land due to the configuration of the road system provided by the hospital and the standard of road and pedestrian access constructed?
To ask the Manager for a progress report on the implementation of measures to make more effective the 3 Tonne limit on Kennelsfort Road as promised during the debate arising from my recent motion on the matter at the Lucan Area Committee?
To ask the Manager to explain why public liability insurance for public parks covers some sporting events but not others and to list which sports are and are not covered?

To ask the Manager, following-on from the progress reported at the March meeting in response to my longstanding motion, for a further detailed report on the ongoing efforts to secure submission of the necessary legal documentation required for the completion of the taking-in-charge of open space at Rossberry, including the open space along the access road from Griffeen Avenue to Rossberry, Tullyhall and Hayden’s Park estates?
To ask the Manager for a detailed report on the council’s efforts to secure completion of the taking-in-charge of the roads and drains at Larkfield and to further advise on the outstanding steps required to be completed to permit the taking-in-charge to be completed?
To ask the Manger to outline the history and legal situation where cars are parked on the “hard kerb” between the footpath and the roadway in residential areas and to include the legislation or bye-law that makes it an offence now under the parking regulations of this County for residents in the Lucan Electoral Area to park in the above space where traditionally they have done so without penalty and to explain why (if it is now an offence) public representatives and local residents have not been informed?
To thank the Manager for the clean-up that has taken place in Palmerston Village and environs and for the work of cleaning the laneways in Palmerston as promised at the March Lucan Area Committee and to pass onto the staff concerned the appreciation and thanks of the Palmerston Community,

To ask the Manager to address the problem of cars driving through the Green area at Lindisfarne Green, Bawnouge. Can Parks install something on the green…railing/barrier to prevent cars driving through it and endangering childrens' lives. There is a huge wall on the Green so children cannot see the cars, nor can the cars see the children?
