To ask the Manager to explain why public liability insurance for public parks covers some sporting events but not others and to list which sports are and are not covered?

REPLY:

The Council requires all sporting clubs and organisations using the Council's pitches, parks and facilities to provide their own public liability insurance indemnifying the Council and to a standard minimum level.
