That this Committee is opposed to the downgrading or closure of Tallaght Courthouse, and that the relevant authorities be so informed and reassurance sought.

"That the Manager provide a report on the grass cutting of Palmerstown FCs pitches on Mill Lane and provide assurances that these pitches will be maintained by the Council going forward."
That this Committee calls on the Manager to investigate the health and safety situation, particularly in relation to young children, around the Willington /Osprey area of the Poddle River following the extensive removal of trees and shrubs which were providing a natural barrier .
"That this Committee congratulates members of the Tidy Towns Committees in Lucan and Palmerston on their fantastic efforts in this year’s competition and acknowledges the hard work of the Council staff, including Máire Ní Dhomhnaill and her team, who supported and encouraged these groups. Furthermore, that the Manager present a report on this years competition to include the identification of recommendations from the Tidy Towns Report which can be acted on in the next year."
"That the Manager would congratulate Council staff on the installation of exercise equipment in three parks in the area."
"That the Manager provide, as per motion 9 at the June ACM, a detailed report on the planning application and conditions of the bungalow at Woodfarm/Red Cow Cottages, with a view to resolving the safety concerns regarding the access road to the side of No. 1 Woodfarm Cottages and corner to the rear."
That a report be provided on the transfer of legal title to the Council of the Dodder Valley open space lands, given that these lands have been under the Council's control for over 20 years.
That a report be provided, and discussed, on the maintenance and management of the Dodder Valley Park open space lands, with particular reference to the following:
The difficulty of access for anglers and walkers to the river, due to excessive and uncontrolled overgrowth at the river banks
The incidence of drinking and littering with apparent lack of enforcement of the by-laws
Lack of an Information Board
Lack of control over dogs and no measures to deal with dog waste
Lack of maintenance of tennis courts
Infrequent grass cutting at the areas adjacent to New Bawn Park with weeds, nettles etc
