That this Committee notes that public realm improvements are required on the stretch of Limekiln Avenue between the derelict former McHugh's site and the bus terminus, including the entrance to Limekiln Green; that the Committee believes the Council should make contact with the business owners and tenants adjacent to the McHugh's site and Bus Átha Cliath, along with other relevant stakeholders, with a view to improving the visual amenity of this area; that the Committee further believes that central to any plan is the replacement of the hoarding at the derelict former McHugh's site with a more attractive, community-focused structure; and that a preliminary plan be furnished to either the January or February Area meeting of this Committee.
