MOTION: Councillor C. Bond

Could the Manager please comment on the Status of the Field Opposite Allenton Drive, and state whether it is feasible to remove the Weeds close to the boundary any time soon , as called for in Two motions passed by this committee earlier this year.

REPORT:

This matter will be attended to in the next month.  It has not been possible to undertake the work to date due to a backlog of work, related in the main to difficulties associated with grass cutting during the extremely wet weather conditions experienced from May to October this year.
