That this Committee expresses its serious concern with the dangers of private waste collection companies operating trucks in residential areas outside of normal working hours; that all waste companies operating in this area be written to expressing the concerns of local representatives on behalf of residents regarding collections very early in the morning or at night; and that a report be brought to the next Council meeting on this item.
"That the Manager discuss with Veolia plans for providing Litter Bins at certain litter blackspots which include the walkways between Kingswood Luas Stop/Parkhill and Cookstown Luas Stop/Ambervale"
