MOTION: Councillor M. Devine

That the Manager give an update on the future of the unfinished Apartment development that is adjacent to the rear of the shops in Springfield.

REPORT:

The unfinished apartment development known as "Parkview" located to the rear  of the shops in Springfield is currently in receivership. The Council has had a number of discussions with the appointed receiver and several interested purchasers to explore leasing options for controlled and carefully managed social housing use in the event of a successful purchase.
