That this Tallaght Area Committee calls on the Chief Executive to take effective action in response to all the issues raised by Kingswood Heights Residents Association at their most recent deputations meeting which were then the subject of a report by the Planning Department in response to this members question No.9 at our meeting of Tuesday March 29 last and will he present a detailed response in that regard.

That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to provide a detailed report on the taking in charge of Russell Square Estate, outlining all outstanding issues and what actions are being taken to ensure they are resolved.

That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to install a second ramp on the old Naas Road outside the residential properties. Since the installation of a ramp on the old Naas Road, planning permission has been granted for Keenan refrigeration to develop their site, which will see an increase in traffic and HGV's.

"To ask the Chief Executive for a report on the playground at Sean Walsh Park. Several residents are concerned about the equipment used by their children which appears to require immediate maintenance?"

"To ask the Chief Executive to attend to the area where Bancroft Close/Castlepark meet within the estate. It requires cleaning. This spot attracts ASB and the residents are requesting that SDCC consult with them so that the layout of this area can be reconfigured to prevent gangs gathering here."

That this Committee asks the Chief Executive to carry out works under the disability grant for 60 Kilcarrig Close, Fettercairn.  The property is unsuitable for the child and her parent, making it impossible for the child to have a proper standard of living.

That this Committee asks the Chief Executive to arrange for the removal of graffiti from Russell Square Estate and for it to be carried out in a manner that is proper and does not replace graffiti with non matching paint which defeats the purpose of its removal in the first instance. 

That this Committee call on the Chief Executive to arrange for the installation of a set of mobile CCTV cameras in Russell Square at an agreed place with residents in an effort to tackle the ongoing problem of illegal dumping that it ruining the morale of residents in the area.
