That this Committee calls on the Chief Executive to provide a detailed report on the taking in charge of Russell Square Estate, outlining all outstanding issues and what actions are being taken to ensure they are resolved. 

REPORT:

Russell Square is in the charge of The Council and recently taken into ‘Maintenance’. There is no bond or monies available to carry out any outstanding works that may exist. Emergency works will be carried out by the relevant departments as required.
