"To ask the manager to report on progress with respect to the setting up of a Residents/Tenants representative group in the Russell Square development  since I last raised this matter at the January 2006 Tallaght Area Committee meeting and will he make a statement on the matter?"

" To ask the Manager to have repaired & repainted the windows at * details supplied  as they have only been repainted once since the construction of the homes and are in a dreadful condition and will the Manager give an update on the Pilot Window Upgrade/Renewal Programme as it falls within the remit of this committee and will the Manager make a statement on the issues raised within this question?."

" To ask the Manager to have contact made with An Bord Gais in relation to the gas meter at *details supplied  which is located at an external wall and at a low level which involves the occupant ( a senior citizen) having to kneel on the ground in all weather conditions when she wishes to check her meter and will the Manager contact An Bord Gais with a view to having this meter moved to a more convenient location and will the Manager make a statement on an issue that is causing profound discomfort to the person concerned?."

“To ask the Manager to outline the action he is proposing to take in respect of complaints concerning dumping and the grazing of a horse at (Details supplied), and given this unacceptable behaviour which is a clear breach of the housing tenancy agreement reached between tenants and South Dublin County Council, if he could outline the action he is proposing to take, and if he will make a statement on the matter.”

"That this Committee, calls on the Manager to report on the response maintenance document which was recently posted to all Council tenants in the Tallaght area which indicates responsibilities of the Council and tenants in terms of the maintenance of Council housing".

" To ask the Manager to have arranged the relocation of the existing plastic bring-bank at Church Grove, Aylesbury to Sean Walsh Park in view of the severe inconvenience this is causing to nearby residents and will the Manager please note that on Saturday 31st of March the plastic bring-bank was emptied between 11 & 12 that Morning but yet was overflowing by that night with the consequent litter problem in the nearby adjacent estate and would the Manager please note that the proposed relocation to the nearby Sean Walsh Park would not impinge on any residential estate and would complement the existing plastic bring-bank currently there and would the Manager make a statement on the issues raised in this question?."

"To ask the Manager to have arranged an increase in the frequency of road cleaning service at the ring road in Kilnamanagh. It is my understanding that it is only cleaned four times a year ,yet the nearby Mayberry road is cleaned on a monthly basis and will he make a statement on the matter?."

"To ask the Manager to have arranged the provision of two litter bins at the pedestrian entrance to Kilnamanagh from the nearby Luas stop and for this to be done on the basis of a recent recommendation from the Environment S.PC in relation to the provision of litter bins and will the Manager make a statement on the matter?."

"To ask the Manager if he would accede to a request on behalf of Virginia Heights Residents Association that a junk collection be organised by this Council during the course of 2006 for the Estate in question, and if he will make a statement on the matter?"

"To ask the Manager to have arranged the provision of a public light at the area between 49 Ashfield Ave, Kingswood and the open space opposite Dunmore Grove in view of the history of anti-social behaviour at this location which is encouraged by the lack of public lights at this location and will the Manager please note that this issue was raised at the February Area One Committee in a written question and the reply was that this was a matter for the Parks Department and will the Manager make a statement on the matter?."

"To ask the Manager to set out his plans for improving the public open space at Carrigmore Green, Citywest, Saggart, and in the context of the original planning application for this housing Estate, and the potential fund that may exist from ongoing developments in the area, to provide for recreational facilities, the timescale involved for the proposed works, and if in that context, a playing pitch and small neighbourhood playground might be acceptable to South Dublin’s County Council’s Parks Department, and if he will make a statement on the matter?"

“To ask the Manager if a pedestrian opening could be made at (Details supplied) as a means of allowing school going children to access their local school, and if he would recognise that such an opening would provide parents with an opportunity to leave their children at this safe entrance to the school in question, and thereby reduce car movements and ultimately congestion in the general area, and if he will make a statement on the matter.”
