"To ask the manager to report on what infill housing plans are envisaged in the Fettercairn area and will he make a statement on the matter?"

REPLY

The handover of 31 housing units at Fettercarin Village has been completed leaving the remaining 9 outstanding units due for handover end of April/ Early May 2006.

 

In accordance with agreed procedures a presentation on the design approach to the next phase of infill housing in the Fettercairn area was made to the members of the Tallaght Area Committee at their meeting in December 2005.

 

The concept plans for this infill housing in the Fettercairn area were developed for internal and community consultation purposes prior to the developed plans being advanced through to the Part 8 Statutory Public  Consultation process and public display.  Advertisements in this regard are being prepared for publication.
