That this Council agrees publicly funded and/or supported community centres within South Dublin allow elected representatives to hold public meetings when they wish to do so, subject to availability.
To ask the Chief Executive to consider relining the road at Newlands Close, specifically by adding a yellow box between the Bank of Ireland and the Maldron Hotel. This improvement would enhance visibility and safety for all road users. Currently, the road markings at this junction have faded significantly, which reduces visibility.
To ask the Chief Executive for an update on the traffic survey and subsequent traffic management plan for Saggart, Rathcoole, and Newcastle.
To ask the Chief Executive if there are any grants operated by SDCC providing funding towards sensory rooms?
That this Council writes to the Minister for Transport to request that an independent feasibility study into continuing MetroLink from the city to Southwest Dublin be commissioned as soon as possible pursuant to the commitment given in the Programme for Government
That this Area Committee write to the The National Transport Authority (NTA) requesting increased capacity on the Luas redline.

Can the Chief Executive please provide a report on the instances of anti-social behaviour in Cloragh Mills, Edmondstown Road?
To ask the Chief Executive if the old Clondalkin Swimming pool can be included in the next SDCC Capital Programme?
To ask the Chief Executive if the following can be included in the next SDCC Capital Programme:
1) That the Fairview Oil Mills site is developed
2) That St. Cuthbert's Church site is developed?
That this Council extend the types of works eligible under the Housing (Adaptation Grants for Older People and Disabled People) Regulations 2024 to better meet the needs of individuals with cognitive, sensory, mental health or intellectual impairment such as provision of sensory/calm spaces, lighting changes, sound proofing etc.
