That this Area Committee requests a full report on what survey action has been taken and timeframe for works on Orchard Grove Footpath in Newcastle?

REPORT:

This location was not included on the 2025 or 2026 footpath programme but is listed for footpath repairs. As the estate is quite small it is likely that repairs here will be carried out by direct labour crews and so works may be carried out without being included on these programmes.

While we acknowledge the large number of reps on this matter the footpath does not contain a hazard that would require it to be prioritised.
