Sustainable Movement Section: Change 'rail' to 'intercity rail and suburban rail' in the bullet,' Support the delivery and improvement of public transport infrastructure and services across the County including BusConnects, rail and LUAS in terms of connections, capacity, and efficiency of services in line with national and regional policy.' [It could also be argued that BusConnects is merely a branding and so should be changed to 'Bus Corridors' and that LUAS may not be the only type of tram possible, so should be changed to 'tram' but this is not important.]
That the Development Plan identify areas of waste ground in the possession of the Council and make provision for them to be used as biodiversity gardens.
Built Environment and Placemaking Section: Add the bullet,'Using the case of the purchase by SDCC of properties in the vicinity of the Round Tower in Clondalkin to create the Round Tower Heritage Centre as a template, instigate the purchase of strategic buildings and car parks in the villages of the county that can be used to improve placemaking and make pedestrianization easier to implement'. To the Built Environment and Placemaking section.
That the Development Plan make provision for the provision of an upgraded AstroTurf facility for use by communities in North Clondalkin, potentially in partnership with DDLETB and Collinstown Sport Complex.

That the Development Plan commits the Council to the provision of Heritage and History trail information as part of the rollout of the Draft Signage Strategy, which would provide history on various district centres and townlands in the County, including background on placenames etc.
That the County Development Plan explores the feasibility of the extension of the LUAS to Firhouse, Ballycullen, Knocklyon and Ballyboden.
That the Development Plan commits the Council to the provision of additional arts, culture and performing arts facilities in the County, taking account of transport links.
That the County Development Plan provides for the accommodation of the Metro South West and is supportive of a feasibility study for the Metro South West Project.
That the Development Plan prioritise the provision of community facilities, especially for areas which are underserved in terms of population.
That the Development Plan commits the Council to ensure all public housing built by the Council during the plan is built to a standard of high quality, thus minimising the need for accelerated maintenance in the short-term after construction.
That the Development Plan maximise the number of structured sports facilities, with regard to the diversity of sports clubs in the County and that these facilities be appropriate for those sports.
That the Development Plan specify an opening date for Kishoge and Clonburris Train stations.
