MOTION: Councillor M. Johansson

In Chapter 13 Implementation and Monitoring table 13.7.2 to add the following under Built Form and Corporate Identity: -All developments must provide adequate facilities for staff such as canteen, staff room and showers.

REPORT: 

The County Development Plan is a Strategic Document. The detail sought by this motion is not a matter for the County Development Plan.  Requirements for such facilities are addressed under separate legislation such as Health and Safety and Environmental Health Regulations.

RECOMMENDATION:  It is recommended that the motion is not adopted
