Add a new SM6 SLO 2: To acquire the land necessary to improve the safety of the junction between the Kilteel Road (L2003) and Calliaghstown Lane (L6008) marked in red on attached map.
REPORT:
The motion seeks a new SLO ‘To acquire the land necessary to improve the safety of the junction between the Kilteel Road (L2003) and Calliaghstown Lane (L6008) marked in red on attached map’.
It is noted that the Calliaghstown Lane is a cul-de-sac route. It is not a strategic route and as such the proposal contained in the motion would not be appropriate.
Recommendation: It is recommended that the motion is not adopted.
