That under S 139 of the Local Government Act, 2001 this Council resolves to direct the manager not to grant a right of way relating to a proposed development at Saggart Arms, Saggart, Co. Dublin - Hannah Homes Ltd. - Planning Reg. Ref. SD06A/0636.
That this Committee condemns the cuts in funding to the schools in Tallaght, as announced in Budget 2008, and requests Corporate Services to convey to the Minister for Education, the opposition of the elected local Councillors to the reduction in funding.
