That the Manager explain the delay in the opening of the Cloverhill Bridge.  How much more money is this costing the tax payer?  Can the Manager put up a map of Cloverhill Road, New Nangor Road, Park West Road, Fonthill Road, and the N4?

That this Committee notes that residents of Hillcrest Drive have recently expressed concerns about noise associated with the N4 road works at the rere of their road, including recent noise due to machinery working in the very early hours of the morning, notes the Manager's Report on a Motion at the June 18 Area Committee meeting (Question No.5, Item No. 15613) including the statement at the end of the second last paragraph of the Report, that "the situation will be kept under review" and asks the Manager to provide an updated report on the matter.

That the Manager would present a detailed report for discussion on what adjustments are proposed for the section of the Outer Ring Road between the Ballyowen/Willsbrook intersection and the junction at Woodies, as a result of repeated representations, including from residents, and as outlined in detail at a meeting with Road's Department Officials and a local resident some months ago, and representations I have made to Traffic Management Meetings, to help resolve the growing number of traffic issues at this location as listed.
