MOTION NO. 307

MOTION: Councillor C. Keane

That this Council recommends that the piece of land at the rear of Idrone Close (known locally as  Black Path) as indicated on attached Map C No. 1 designated open space but currently rezoned to F open space. (map outlined in red included).

REPORT:

No objection to proposed change of zoning. Lands under regular maintenance by Parks & Landscape Services Department.

Recommendation:-

If the member's pass this motion the Draft Development Plan will reflect this change.
