Lease of Bawnogue Enterprise & Community Centre, Bawnogue Road, Clondalkin – Variation in name of Lessee

        

 At the meeting of the Council held on 9^th December 2002, the Council noted the proposal to lease the premises comprising of the Bawnogue Enterprise & Community Centre to a Company set up to operate the premises i.e. Bawnogue Enterprise & Community Centre Ltd.  Minute No C/0682/02  and Manager’s Order LA/182/2002 refer. This Company comprises representatives of the County Council, County Enterprise Board, local Partnership Company and Community development programmes, local Business People, Department of Social & Family Affairs, and local public representative.

The Centre is managed on a day to day basis by a separate Company, The Clondalkin Enterprise Group T/A Enterprise Action.

Both of the above Companies subsequently agreed to amalgamate their interests and operate as one Company.  Accordingly a new Company has been formed known as Action Community & Enterprise Ltd with its constituent members drawn from the same spectrum of organisations as the two previous Companies.

It is now proposed to vary the terms for the disposal of the premises as shown outlined in red on Drawing No LA/23/09 known as Bawnogue Enterprise and Community Centre, Bawnogue Road, Clondalkin, Dublin 22 as noted at meeting of the County Council held on 9^th December 2002, to provide for the disposal to the newly formed Company, Action Community & Enterprise Ltd.

The terms and conditions otherwise to remain unchanged.
