That this Area Committee write to ESB to request that they examine and implement measures to secure the entrance to the ESB substation opposite Kishoge Community College, Lucan, in order to prevent ongoing illegal dumping, and to arrange for a thorough clean-up of the area,  given the unsanitary and unsightly conditions currently impacting staff, students and visitors on their passage in and out of the school.
