"That the Manager agree to the provision of a namestone identifing the Parish of Ballyroan and that such a namestone be located at or near the junction of Ballyroan Road, turning on to Marian Road.   (This project has already been costed at €600).  The parish is inadequately identified as evidenced by the recent death of the late Jim Stynes who hails from the Ballyroan Parish with media reports of the media not being able to locate the parish and reference across the media to the mass having taken place in Knocklyon instead of Ballyroan.  Finally, to obtain a likely time within which this project could be done."
