The Council's Law Agent has advised that the plaintiff has not been progressing this case with any haste.  As a result the Law Agent brought a motion before the Circuit Court on the 24th April 2012 compelling the plaintiff to deliver further details of the plaintiff claim. Once this information is obtained it is the intention of the Law Agent to set down for hearing and it is likely that the case will be heard before the end of 2012.  However, if the plaintiff seeks discovery of documentation from the Council this will delay any likely hearing date to the first half of 2013.  The Members will be kept informed of any further developments with this case.
