"That the Manager give an update on the long delay for the removal of the illegal fence opposite 46 & 47 Saint Patricks Cottages Rathfarnham".

REPORT:

The Council's Law Agent wrote on 12th October 2011, to the person who had allegedly erected the unauthorised fence around a strip of Council owned land opposite 46 & 47 St. Patrick's Cottages, Rathfarnham, requesting him to remove the fence.  As this person did not comply with the Law Agent's request, the Council recently removed the unauthorised fence and will continue to monitor the situation on the ground.
