Pearse Brothers Park/Palmer Park

Tender recommendations for energy upgrade and refurbishment of apartments submitted to the DOEHLG for approval.  It intended that works will commence on site in 2nd Quarter 2012.

Social Housing Leasing Initiative

As at 1/5/12, a total of 144 privately owned properties have been procured under lease arrangements and the properties made available for tenanting, 7 of these properties are in the Rathfarnham electoral area.  A further 26 cases are currently in process of which 1 is in the Rathfarnham electoral area.
