That this Committee, in view of the obvious danger to pedestrians and cyclists arising from the uneven road surface outside number 15 Rushbrook Drive, calls on the Manager to liaise with the other relevant departments with a view to urgently resolving the matter.

That this Committee ask the Manager to make a report regarding the very bad condition of the surface on the road  which runs through Tymon North Park leading to the National Basketball Arena, and inform the Committee if the Public Lighting on the road is in a safe, secure and working condition.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to provide infill of sand/soil at the side of the playing pitches in Tymon Park. This will enable the local clubs to carry out any emergency repairs and may prevent accidents and injuries to players and spectators alike.
