MOTION: Councillor P. Kearns

That this Committee, in view of the obvious danger to pedestrians and cyclists arising from the uneven road surface outside number 15 Rushbrook Drive, calls on the Manager to liaise with the other relevant departments with a view to urgently resolving the matter.

REPORT:

The Area Engineer will inspect the footpaths in the vicinity of  15 Rushbrook Drive and arrange for any necessary repairs to be carried out.
