That this Committee agrees,  in view of the new parking arrangements at the Square and the growing popularity and success of Tallaght Stadium, to call on the Manager to establish a review  to highlight and resolve any future problems involving potential parking and access  problems for residents living in the immediate area of the ground.

That this Council Committee calls on the Manager to give a report outlining the supports it can give to Residents Associations like  the one in Orwell, Templeogue,  who regularly remove litter from green spaces and other areas and if a scheme can be designed to encourage this and other types of actiivity in the County.

That Kiltipper Drive be reinstated as a matter of urgency and the path linking Kiltipper Drive to Kiltipper Road be also restored, given that it is now many months since the area was 'dug-up' to facilitate the Boherboy Water Scheme.

This Council Committee calls on the Manager to investigate the road sweeping operation on the Fettercairn Road that is linked to Housing Construction and other activity in the area to determine if a new system can be intoduced with the co-operation of local residents where by parking bays on the road can be also cleaned during these cleaning operations.
