That this Committee agrees,  in view of the new parking arrangements at the Square and the growing popularity and success of Tallaght Stadium, to call on the Manager to establish a review  to highlight and resolve any future problems involving potential parking and access  problems for residents living in the immediate area of the ground.

This Council Committee in view of the obvious concerns in relation to quality and value for money calls on the Manager to give an updated report in relation the leaking roof in the newly refurbished Fettercairn Community Centre

"To ask the Manager to supply details on the exact costs of grass cutting and other general maintenance in cemeteries in the Tallaght central ward in 2009. Can the Manager also indicate if this work was carried out by Contractors or Council staff and if so did it involve overtime payments?"

That this Council Committee calls on the Manager to give a report outlining the supports it can give to Residents Associations like  the one in Orwell, Templeogue,  who regularly remove litter from green spaces and other areas and if a scheme can be designed to encourage this and other types of actiivity in the County.

That Kiltipper Drive be reinstated as a matter of urgency and the path linking Kiltipper Drive to Kiltipper Road be also restored, given that it is now many months since the area was 'dug-up' to facilitate the Boherboy Water Scheme.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to ensure that litter collected by the Orwell residents association on a ongoing basis is collected by the Council either by a direct collection or that a designated black bin is provide in the area.

That the Manager provide a report on all instances of laneway cleansing and litter removal from laneways in the Dublin 12 area of the County broken down on a month by month basis since June 2009.

That this Committee calls on the Manager to ensure that a collection service for bags of waste is provided to residents groups who carry out clean up days and that groups will continue to be provided with the materials to help with community clean up days.

To ask the Manager to provide a report on the current housing transfer list for the Tallaght Area, broken down by reasons sought for transfer, and to make a statement on the issue.

To ask the Manager how many new social housing units are anticipated to be provided in the relevant housing areas within the remit of the Tallaght Area Committee in 2010 through (a) direct provision by the local authority, through (b) an approved housing body or (c) through RAS, and what the size, location and type of these units will be?

This Council Committee agrees to set aside a suitable time, venue and space to discuss in depth, the new implications involved around the full implementation of the present Government's Homeless Strategy and how it will impact on this Local Authorities Housing Allocations  policies and the Housing Allocations List for Tallaght South and Central

This Council Committee calls on the Manager to investigate the road sweeping operation on the Fettercairn Road that is linked to Housing Construction and other activity in the area to determine if a new system can be intoduced with the co-operation of local residents where by parking bays on the road can be also cleaned during these cleaning operations.
