That a replacement tree be planted at Moorfield Drive outside No.40
Environment
Questions
To ask the Manager if it can be organised for Clondalkin Tidy Towns to gain access to the CB site on the Ninth Lock Road in order for them to clean up the litter and debris there? The whole area is a huge blackspot which was pointed out in last years report and will have a detrimental effect on the efforts of the group again this year if it is not addressed.

Questions
To ask the Manager if a zebra crossing could be installed in the Newcastle Lyons estate adjacent to the block of apartments at the entrance to the estate to facilitate people who cross here to access the Texaco shop? The current situation with no designated crossing point is very dangerous.

That this Committee requests the Manager to address the lighting issue at the top of New Road (dead end)/Newlands Road. This is a very dark and quiet corner and has become a 'hang out' area for youths in cars and also the scene of some serious anti-social activity of which the Gardai are aware. I believe an extra lamp to brighten the area would detract individuals from gathering in this corner?
That this Committee would like to express serious concern with the issue of cars travelling too fast on Watery Lane from the Woodford Junction to the Village and as well as contacting Gardai for action we would request that the Council prioritise this road for a traffic calming scheme. There is a huge amount of pedestrian traffic along this route as well as there being shops, schools, scouts den and several residential entry/exit points.
Development
Questions
To ask the Manager further to his response to Question no 5 at the March 20 Clondalkin Area Committee to provide an update on the transfer of land between Kilmahuddrick Road and Kilcronan Grove from Cluid Housing Association to SDCC and in light of the very serious illegal dumping at this site to outline what plans the Council has to resolve this issue once the transfer from Cluid has been completed?

Planning
Questions
