Derelict Site on corner of New Nangor Road and Ninth Lock Road

REPORT:

Further to the report to this Committee of the 20th March 2013, the site opposite the Rosebank Development on the New Nangor Road was inspected on the 14th March 2013 and deemed derelict pursuant to the provisions of the Derelict Sites Act 1990.

A Section 11 Notice requiring the removal of the dereliction and the securing of the site has issued. These works are to be carried out within four weeks from when the notice takes effect to render the site non derelict.
