To ask the Manager for the details of the estates / properties in the county that were taken in charge in 2005, the estates / properties that are planned to be taken in charge in 2006. Also could he detail the taking in charge projects currently underway including information on the length of time that negotiations have been in progress and the issues outstanding. Also could he comment on the overall experience of the taking in charge process from the Council's viewpoint?

To ask the Manager what proportion of recyclable waste collected by the Green Bin service is shipped abroad and how much does it cost SDCC to export this waste and will he make a statement on the matter?
