That the Manager would respond to numerous incidents and serious traffic safety concerns arising from the demographics, size, design of the estate, and the location of the Community Centre within Earlsfort Estate by treating the matter of Traffic Management in the estate as an emergency problem, placing the safety of residents, particularly children, at serious risk, and agree to install appropriate traffic calming measures before Summer 2006 and outside the countywide Traffic Calming Programme.
