That the Manager would report on his plans, including the time-scale for works, to introduce new footpaths to provide further walking opportunities for local residents to walk the perimeters of Griffeen Valley Regional Park. In the case of the entrance to the park at the Lucan Sports Association on the Newcastle Road, Local Residents are restricted to walking on the grass and are caused great incovenience especially in wet weather. The lack of such footpaths is the cause of limiting the number of people using Griffeen Valley Park.

The lack of such works is a cause of great inconvenience and restrictions to Local Residents, especially those who use wheelchairs and who push buggies and bicycles.
