PROPOSED TALLAGHT TOWN CENTRE MASTERPLAN (LOCAL AREA PLAN) REPORT ON PUBLIC CONSULTATION

To ask the Manager to provide an update on when work is likely to commence on Lucan Weir, and to consider incorporating floodlighting for Liffey Bridge into the plan.

To ask the Manager to give an update on what progress has been made in the provision of a Community Centre beside Griffeen Valley Educate Together School as residents in surrounding estates would benefit greatly from such a facility being provided as soon as possible.

To ask the Manager to report upon the recent fish kill that occurred in the Griffeen River on Monday 12^th June and to specify if any prosecutions are likely to arise from the matter should pollution be found to be the cause of the incident.

To ask the Manager to meet with Kew Park Resident’s Association with a view to undertaking certain work on the hedgerows that surround the estate that would greatly enhance the quality of life of residents in the area.
