That this Committee notes the reply of the Manager to Question (3) at the September 2006 Area Committee Meeting (2), and requests the Manager if he will consider devising a public consultation process through which residents in North Clondalkin and Palmerstown could consider and express their views on a proposal to locate a Regional Library at Liffey Valley with e-Learning Community Hubs at Palmerstown and North Clondalkin.
