That this Committee asks South Dublin County Council to install the following two pathways in the Newcastle area:
(a) A pathway from Newcastle Village to the Grand Canal.
(b) A round pathway route down Aylmer Road and back towards Newcastle along Peamount Road.

“To ask the Manager to ensure that the owner of the property at *details supplied immediately secures the site in question so as to prevent anti-social behaviour etc. taking place on this site, and also if he would immediately repair the boundary wall, particularly at Temple Manor Court and Temple Manor Avenue, which is in appalling condition as a result of incursions on to the site, and if he could set out precisely when the construction phase of this development will commence, and if he will make a statement on the matter.”

To ask the Manager if he will request the Litter Wardens to investigate, with a view to prosecution, the very serious incidence of illegal dumping on the road/footpath in an estate in Lucan ( address supplied)?
"That this Committee discuss the improvements/essential repairs grant with a view to establishing its uptake in the Terenure Rathfarnham Area:
(a) to list the services funded - how many of each?
(b) if the full allocation allocated to SDCC was utilized last year?
(c) to state how many - if any window replacements were funded;
(d) to state how many applicants in the Terenure Rathfarnham area were not funded;
(e) any other relevant information."
