That the Manager presents a report on the provision of footpaths and lighting in the open green area between Oak Way and Willow Avenue, Green Park, Clondalkin.
That the Manager gives an update on the works to be carried out at Lucan Weir and if he could provide a timeframe for their completion?
That the Council provides a pedestrian footpath across the open space from the rear of Kew Park to the Celbridge Road.
That the Manager would report on what drainage works have recently taken place and, what drainage works are scheduled to take place in the near future, and within a time-scale, for the benefit of local Sporting Clubs using Griffeen Valley Regional Park and Willsbrook Park, including Lucan Sarsfields GAA Club.
That this Committee recommends that lighting be erected along the path in St. Cuthbert's Park and especially on the section between Melrose Estate and Lindisfarne as one of the pedestrian gaps between these two estates has been removed.

To ask the Manager for an update on a report requested from the Irish Aviation Authority in July 2006 regarding regulations on monitoring fumes and pollution emitting from jet planes?
To ask the Manager for a cleanup of the area, at the entrance to Lucan Demense, opposite Annadales Restaraunt as it has become a dumping ground for domestic waste as well as litter?
To ask the Manager to contact the management of the Statoil Service Station Palmerstown and to get them to keep the precincts of their premises litter free and presentable?
To thank the Management and Council staff for the clean-ups that have taken place in the back lanes in Palmerstown and to ask for a report on the matter including information on any prosecutions that have taken place in relation to fly tipping or littering of the laneways?

That the Manager undertakes a major clean-up of Knockmenagh Lane from Monastery Road to Knockmenagh Road.
That the Manager would agree to re-locate the Bottle Banks adjacent to Moy Glas estate to an alternative and more suitable location as per the request of the Moy Glas Residents Association and the Senior Environmental Health Officer, who in a report to the Moy Glas Residents Association reported that a request had been made to the Environmental Services Department "recommending that the bottle banks are moved to a more secure and supervised site."
That a litter bin be provided at Oak Court Close Palmerstown in recognition of the fact that this area is used extensively by students from the nearby Community School during lunch break
That the Manager would provide a detailed report on the time scale for the Council's Graffiti Removal Crew and the Contractor specialising in the removal of Graffiti to clean the existing Graffiti in the Lucan area, including the boundary walls at Castle Riada which have been on the list of scheduled works for some considerable time.
