"That the Manager take on board the concerns of the local residents in relation to Planning Application No. SD06A/0878, 7 Limekiln Drive. Particularly in relation to the proposed demolition of a perfectly habitable house, the location of the site at a junction, the narrowness of the road, the increase in traffic, the lack of provision of parking - no visitor parking on site - balconies overlooking adjacent properties, the distance from the house next door, the proposed density and the unsuitability of this proposed development for this quiet residential area when decisions are being made on this application."

"That this Committee recommends that the right turn arrow be restored/replaced on the lights at Templeogue Bridge  i.e. turning into Cypress Grove Road – it is very dangerous at the moment and I quote a resident “ Most drivers however end up breaking the lights when they change, as that's the only way they can turn”.
