"To ask the Manager to make a report to this Committee on the unacceptabel noise level coming from the bakery in Greenhills Industrial Estate which is causing great annoyance to residents on St. James Road resulting in loss of sleep and in recent hot weather having to keep all their windows closed and most of the noise is at night time?"

"To ask the Manager to outline what action South Dublin County Council intend taking to persuade the County Returning Officer to provide additional polling places, particularly in the following polling districts of Dublin South West, which show a rapid increase in population as a result of the publication of the Draft/ Preliminary Census 2006:

Tallaght/Jobstown up 27.9%,

Tallaght/Kiltipper up 20.9%,

and Firhouse Village up 22%,
