To ask the Manager for an immediate clean up of the laneways in North Clondalkin!  Sinn Féin have recently digitally pictured such black spots and will continue to monitor the Council's attitudes and commitment to cleaning up these black spots.  To be included in this request is the green space in Greenfort opposite Greenfort Gardens, the dumping of rubbish and in some cases the burning of domestic rubbish in these areas are unfortunately a common occurrence.  Will the Manager commit to monitor these areas by the litter warden in an effort to identify the culprits and enforce the Council's byelaw's and fines?
