That this Committee receives a detailed explanation as to how the Towers Hotel was permitted to build on all the extra rooms without  any  provision of car parking spaces, and was there prior knowledge of the use of the building for asylum seekers.

To ask the Manager, if the developer of Glenaulin Green, Palmerstown, was

(a)  conditioned to provide open space and if so how much and where is it located?

(b)  how much money was raised by SDCC by way of  levies, or other conditions in relation to planning, in lieu of open space when Glenaulin Green was built;

(c) if this was to provide for a play area in the Gaels Field/Glenaulin Park in lieu of the shortage of open space in Glenaulin Green and if yes, to include in the answer when it is intended to provide the facility?
