To ask the Manager to confirm that Kilakee Estate, Carriglea Estate and Carrigwood Estate in Firhouse have all been included in the Restoration Maintenance Grant for 2008 under the Road Works Programme, and if he could set out in each of the above mentioned areas, the proposed expenditure by the Roads Department and the nature of the work in each case, and if he will make a statement on the matter.

To ask the Manager for a report on the provision and location of litter bins in North Clondalkin, especially at Finches and Neilstown Shops and how it might be possible to improve the provision?
That this Committee recommends that the senior citizens facility on Orchard Lane be held by the County Council rather that the Health Service Executive and run by a Committee representing Senior Citizen interests in Clondalkin.

That The Manager presents a report on the Gama constructed houses in Méile an Rí and Tór an Rí with the following:-
(a) The extent of the problems with the housing.
(b) A timescale for doing the remedial works.
(c) What organisation(s) is going to do the work?
(d) Is the County Council retaining money for GAMA for this and if so how much?
