MOTION NO. 9

MOTION: Councillor J. Lahart

"That the Manager provide Boundary fencing at the rear of the houses in Grangebrook Estate which have been overlooked, not as planned, by the new social housing units developed there and to outline a timescale for the completion of the housing there and when they will be ready for occupation."

REPORT:

The Council's Architectural Services Department report, that following an inspection of the site, arrangements are in place to erect a timber screen at the rear of the units in question (nos 24 - 27), in order to resolve this situation.  The remaining units in this development are programmed for handover at the end of the month.
