QUESTION: Councillor J. Neville

"To ask the Manager for a detailed update on the inspection of the Council owned car park at Castle Tymon Shopping Centre as stated to me in a letter dated February 22nd, 2008?  The car park is in a dreadful condition and a danger to both pedestrians and vehicles?"

REPLY:

The car park at Castle Tymon shopping centre is in the ownership of South Dublin County Council.  Roads Department have inspected the car park and have engaged a contractor who will commence repair works before the end of October.
