That the Manager brings forward a report, detailing how the Council addresses the problem of fly tipping and dumping of rubbish in certain spots across the County especially in back lanes and that this Committee requests that the Council mount a concerted campaign to reduce, and if possible to eliminate, this form of antisocial behaviour.

That the Manager brings forward a report on the provision of housing in this Area Committee and that the report includes not only the numbers on the housing list but also the provision of housing, including the type of accommodation requested, the average waiting time on lists at present, the way in which the system works and that this important item be fully discussed.
That the Manager presents a detailed report on any progress made on the taking-in-charge of the open space adjacent to Brookvale Estate, Lucan.
That the Area Committee notes with concern the ongoing severe littering and illegal dumping at Quarryvale Park, which is a serious blot on Shancastle and Greenfort estates, and asks the Manager to implement special measures to prevent littering and dumping, including enhanced patrolling of the area, the pursuit of offenders and regular clean ups until the extent of the problem is reduced.

That the Manager would report on the lands adjoining Lucan Educate Together National School. What is currently the intention for the future use of these lands and will the Manager agree to consult with the Management and Parent Teachers Association of LETNS on this matter?
To ask the Manager to examine the need for extra public lighting on the Neilstown Bridge on the 9th Lock Road in Clondalkin? Pedestrians find it very challenging to cross over with a skinny path and poor visibility?
